For many, many years, my world was defined by the relentless heat of the kitchen. As a Chef de Cuisine, I learned that a “finely tuned machine” isn’t built on just fancy plating; it’s built on the Back of House (B.O.H.)—the discipline of prep, the integrity of ingredients, and the rigor of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
When debilitating arthritis forced me to hang up my whites, I looked at the digital world and saw a “Kitchen Nightmare.”
I found a landscape cluttered with “AI Gurus” selling FOMO-driven shortcuts. Even industry titans have pivoted to the “next dollar” machine, prioritizing novelty over verification.
I choose a different path. If distortion is more profitable now, but truth is more durable over time, I choose the durable. I am here to audit the noise and restore operational integrity to our digital world.
Reason In a World of Algorithms
